Present one is dated 1739 (second impression) with 30 plates; Tome II: 1723, Catholiques (27 plates). Present one is dated 1739 (second impression) with 33 plates; Tome III: 1723, Ceremonies des peuples des Indes occidentales (45 plates). Present one is dated 1735 (second impression) with 45 pl; Tome IV: 1728, des peuples idolatres (58 plates); Tome V: 1733, ceremonies des grecs et des protestants (19 plates); Tome VI: 1736, Anglicans, quaquers, anabaptistes, etc. (14 plates); Tome VII: 1737, Mahometans (26 plates); Suplements: Tome VIII: 1743, « Tome septieme. dissertations de Banier et de Le Mascrier. » (5 plates); Tome IX: 1743, it says Tome VIII (24 plates); Superstitions ("difficiles à trouver", Cohen-R): Tome I: 1733, with 12 plates; Tome II: 1736, with 1 plate. No frontispiece in volume 1, as this appeared later. Condition: some hinges cracked expertly restored at the spine. Vol IX small worming in the lower part of the page which is affecting text on small portion but text readable. Ocasionnal spots and some gathering darker in one volume due to paper quality.
