TERMS OF SALE: Pre-payment required.

Books will be packed in a bubble-padded bag, if the order is for one book. Multiple books will be wrapped in protective bubble wrap and packed in a corrugated cardboard carton.

Books will be sent at the prevailing U.S. postal domestic rates:
Media Mail (Book) rate, (the cheapest) or Ground Advantage formerly called "First Class" (the mid-level cost), or "Priority Mail" the more expensive rate). The buyer chooses one of these 3 shipping methods. We will email them with the cost of the shipping for their order.

Each order will be weighed after packing, to give an exact postal cost. Insurance is not automatically included. The buyer must specify if they want insurance. The cost of the insurance will be added to the total cost of the order.
