We take great care when cataloguing our items so that the description is as listed. Our general description is conservative so your book should be as good or better than our description indicates. Many of our books include photographs of the actual book you are buying. The book you see on the photo is the book you will receive. At the latest, orders are dispatched next working day. We take great care when packing your item, only using cardboard wrappers or envelopes. We will also bubble wrap items which require extra protection. We sincerely hope that your buying experience with Jackson Books is a positive one. Occasionally though things can go wrong. In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your purchase or if your order hasn't arrived, please contact us and we will look to quickly rectify any problem. If an issue can't be resolved, we will act quickly to make sure all your purchase costs are refunded.

Our shipping rates are based on an average weight of 1kg. If a book weighs over 1kg we may sometimes need to ask for extra shipping. If this happens, we will contact you detailing the amount of extra shipping required. You have the option to either accept or reject the extra charges.
