Flat rates are generally: Canada - Standard $11.50, Priority $15.00 USA - Standard $13.00, Priority $19.00 Europe - Standard $20.00, Priority $16.50 International - Standard $23.00, Priority $35.00 There is a discount on shipping for additional books. These rates are based on the cost for shipping an average hardcover novel. If the book you order is larger and heavier than this, we may contact you regarding additional shipping charges to cover the actual cost of postage. Shipping to recognized libraries/institutions is at cost of shipping and handling, and this amount is indicated in our invoices.
