All items are carefully and professionally wrapped; in 20 years of business we have had few items lost or returned. Insurance is not included, but can be acquired for the actual cost. We ship USPS unless otherwise specified. We base our rates on an average three pound book. If possible, we ship using the Postal Service flat rate Priority Mail envelope for international orders. We will do our best to get the best rate possible.
