Black leatherette with gilt titling and bands on black faux spine labels, blind stamped borders on covers. Contains Chapters 104 Practice - Civil practice, 105 Practice - Civil practice rules, and Civil practice tables. 930 pages including index plus 152 pages (booklet with staple binding) of the 1940 Cumulative Supplement inserted in pocket at rear of book. The binding was designed to accommodate the insert; book is a nice square volume. Minor shelf wear, smudge to top of textblcok edge, light age darkening.
