In agreement with Abebooks policies.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.

Customer service is always our number one priority!

If we send the incorrect item to a customer (The ISBN they receive differs from the ISBN on their original order):

·We will refund the item 100% in full including shipping.
·And reimburse the customer for return shipping costs.

If we send the correct ISBN but the customer ordered the wrong ISBN, or no longer desires the product, we will do a partial refund if:

·The return is within 30 days of the original order date.
·The order number is included with the product shipped back to us. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT AN ORDER NUMBER!

The partial refund:

·We will refund 50% of orders if they are the customers fault and within 30 days of the order date. No shipping refund in cases of customer errors and technology refunds are strictly at sellers discretion unless there is an error on the sellers part.
