Wien (Vienna ) 1755 , original vellum document, in-folio, 8 pp , 34,5 x 23 cm, French text, with the registration on the heraldry roll in Brussels, dated June 28th, 1755. with on page 4 a watercolored design of the coat of arms ( 10.5 x 18 cm), heightened with gold. Bound in contemporary red velvet , traces of green silk ties on both covers, paste downs are made of gilt tinsel paper. The red wax seal of the empress is kept in a metal box (diameter ca. 14 cm). Nicely preserved original Patent of Nobility with the autograph signatures of the empress Maria Theresa of Habsburg and her secretary Count Corneille de Neny in Vienna, other co-signatories in Brussels are De Grez , B.D. Sanchez de Aguilar , Swerts , Le Comte de Fraula. Gerardus van Asten son of Theodorus van Asten - notary at 's Hertogenbosch ( Brabant ) 1698-1721 and Geertruyt Coninghs.
