This copy has been professionally recased, using early boards { original? } and fitted with new gilt decorated spine. Within the copy we have pasted the booklet 'Visitation of Warrington Deanery by the Bishop of Chester in the year 1592 by William Fergusson Irvine, Printed by Thomas Brakell Ltd 1895 { Very Good } 12pages., also loosely laid in is a booklet headed English Parish Records [ 2nd printing 1963, 8 pages.Also an ink written Genealogical record starting from 1592 of the Penketh Family, with some neat additions to a few margins of further detail relating to this family { not affecting general body of the text }; also pasted to the rear pastedown is a large folding Genealogical Table of the Pedigree of the Lancashire Penketh Family. p.480, 2 further folding plates.
