With a 4-part appendix (including correspondence and a chronology), plus index. Not located in Freitag. Bound in full light brown suede, spine and upper cover stamped and decorated in gilt and black, brown endpapers, t.e.g., remaining edges untrimmed, dark brown silk bookmarker.
