You may return any book within seven days of receipt, without any reason, for a
refund. If this is due to an error by us we will refund all the postage costs as
well as the cost of the book but please tell us first. If you want to phone us,
the best time is 10-5 Monday-Saturday but not Thursday, when the shop is open.
