When returning books please
ensure they are adequately packaged and in the same
condition as received. We recommend that all returned books
are sent by a tracked and signed for postal service as any
losses or damage during transit are the responsibility of
the sender. Please notify us prior to

locate your goods as quickly as possible.
Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing less than 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know if extra shipping is required. . Books worth more than £75 will be shipped via special delivery in the U.K. and by Royal Mails International Signed for service to all international destinations.
All overseas orders with priority shipping (8 days+) will be sent by either tracked airsure or international signed for. The slower postal rates (14 days +) will be sent by standard airmail and will take longer to arrive. We recommend that our customers use the priority shipping as this is a much quicker and more secure method.
Books, where possible, will be sent in wrap around cardboard boxes.
