About 15 pages are filled in, in blue and red ballpoint. Fair hardcover (front cover detached). ** Lists hundreds of mainstream releases, horror films, westerns, grade Bs, what seems like pornography, etc. Show dates, distributor, and running time are given for each movie. On the endpapers are written the names and social security numbers of the employees, who included Arthur Szeto, Nelson Peterson, and Thomas Cuming. Other names are Richard A. Fournier, Paul Coffey, Paul Parnell, James Pusatere (manager, Stuart Theatre), Chris Christenson (manager), and Dominic Marnglia. Description de la librairie : I¿ve been selling and appraising GOOD HORSE AND ART BOOKS since 1973, first by mail as Blue Rider Books, and since 1983 in the full-time open shop that I share with H.L. Mendelsohn (whose books are also on ABE). We¿d love to have you visit the second-oldest secondhand bookshop in Cambridge, just outside Harvard Square (open Tuesday-Saturday noon to 6, or by appointment). If you can¿t make it, go to www.bledsoebooks.com for many (but by no means all) of my books. My inventory of new, used, and rare equestrian books is one of the largest in the U.S., with special depth in Paul Brown, 19th-century books, dressage, and ephemera (paper items). I love to seek out the obscure, the uncommon, and the overlooked. Harvey Mendelsohn and I also offer a room full of out-of-print scholarly titles on the fine and applied arts, especially art history, architecture and planning, book arts, gardens, 20th-century ceramics, photography, and exhibition catalogues. And you¿ll also find some children¿s books, cookbooks, titles in cultural history and philosophy, and other general books. Many of our books never make it online, so if you¿re looking for items you don¿t see here, please phone or e-mail. Then maybe you, too, like hundreds of happy customers over the years, will say, ¿You have it? YOU¿VE MADE MY DAY!¿
