The late Elio Sorci amassed over 14,000 sets of images in his career, and while prints of his photographs now sell at auction for thousands of Euros, to date there has not been a book dedicated to Sorci's work. One of the first paparazzi, Sorci's photographs show some of the world's most iconic stars in a new light. They are candid, glamorous, often hilarious and always cool. This very limited special edition will be launched internationally in September 2014 with exhibitions planned for London and New York.

A propos de l'auteur: Elio Sorci (1932-2013) was an original Italian paparazzo who is very well known in his native Italy, and has a growing following elsewhere. His then-unheard of confrontational methods transformed photography, and he won numerous photo-journalism awards during his lifetime. He is most famous for his 1962 image of a kiss between Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton which exposed their affair and made the front pages of the world's newspapers.
