A propos de l'auteur: Chile Eboe-Osuji is an international lawyer. He is a member of the legal profession in Nigeria and Canada, and has practised as a barrister in both countries. He has served as a senior prosecutor at both the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the Special Court for Sierra Leone, as well as in a senior legal advisory capacity at the ICTR. He has taught international criminal law at the University of Ottawa. He has written widely in international law, with particular reference to criminal law, humanitarian law, and human rights law. He is married with three children.
