First publication of extracts from a large, unpublished collection of notes by Marcel Duchamp entitled "The Bride Stripped bare by her own Bachelors". Introduced by Breton. Several poems translated by Samuel Beckett whom we cannot refrain from singling out. "His rendering of the Éluard and Breton poems in particular is characterizable only in superlatives" (from Edward Titus’s intro).
