The verso of the dedication page carries the following owner inscription in pen in a decorative and stylish hand, "William Whittingham, August, 1905". One listing at British Library for this (3rd?) edition; only one listing on OCLC WorldCat (which lists a copy in the British Library). The British Library lists two other editions, published in 1989 and 1921 respectively.
