About the Author: Stephanie Vanderslice is Associate Professor of Writing, University of Central Arkansas. Stephanie's previous publications include Can It Really Be Taught: Resisting Lore in Creative Writing Pedagogy (Heinemann), co-edited with Kelly Ritter.
