Undated by publishers, COPAC (British Library and Cambridge University) gives date of 1865, catalogue bound in at rear refers to the International Exhibition 1862. Rebound with original boards and new end-papers, plain green spine. Covers are a little darkened but colour illustration on the front is clear, tight binding, clean pages. Contains five black and white full page illustrations together with decorated chapter capitals and vignette illustrations. Printed dedication page To Richd. Wm. Tamplin, senior surgeon at the Royal Othopaedic Hospital, Oxford Street, London and two pages about the hospital at the end before the catalogue. No dust-jacket. Quantity Available: 1.
