Blind stamped emblem to front board. Boards are generally in good order, just a little grubby. Slight bumping to corners. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Age discolouration to endpages. Front inner hinge is cracked, but holding. Textblock has one or two grubby marks but is generally clean and well held. 319 pp + adverts. Blue smooth-weave cloth lettered and decorated in gold at spine, and with a double blind rule to upper and lower boards and the series motif blind-stamped to the former. Top edge spotted and with just a touch of further spotting to two or three preliminary leaves. A very good copy in very good decorative dust wrapper, the publisher’s red spine panel colouring just a little faded and with a little light internal spotting and just a touch of very minor edgewear.
