Although Strawberry Hill Books is primarily an internet business, visitors are always welcome by prior appointment. We are based in the High Weald of East Sussex in the UK, between Battle and Heathfield. The business which started at the beginning of 2010 was based on a book collection that took 50 years to assemble. In our first year we shipped in excess of 1000 books to buyers all over the world. The management of Strawberry Hill Books are the second generation of their family to be in the collectable book business. We have books in many categories but specialise in English Literature, Modern First Editions, British History, Biography, Exploration, Travel and Natural History.

For heavier books , we may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required. Packaging and insurance are included in shipping charges.Shipping to all destinations outside the UK is made by airmail.
