We are a fairly new business, run by 'bookaholics', for which there is no cure! We will keep growing larger with the support of great customers like you. We pride ourselves on the large, roomy, ADA friendly store. The cheerful atmosphere complete with tables and couches for chatting with friends or reading while sipping a cup of coffee, tea, or cold water. There is always a jigsaw puzzle in the works, and a large collection of card and board games for kids of all ages. For toddlers weary of being restrained in car seats or a stroller, we have created an activity corner. Warning! The store comes complete with a 4-legged crew of greeters (cats and dogs). If you're in Burns, Oregon, please stop in. Burns is at the junction of highways 20, 78, 395, and 205. It's the home of Crystal Crane Hot Springs, and the gateway to the Steens Mountains. Serendipity Books is open from 10-5 Monday through Saturday, next to the Harney County Chamber of Commerce. A handy place to hang out while you charge your electric vehicle.
