A propos de l'auteur: Harold Samuel Stone, Ph.D. (1981) from the Committee of Social Thought at the University of Chicago, is an Assistant Professor at the American University in Cairo. He has published essays on early modern intellectual history and is a co-author of a translation of Montesquieu's The Spirit of the Laws.
