Description du livre H. & E. Phinney, Cooperstown, NY, 1842. Full Leather. État : Good. Etat de la jaquette : No Dust Jacket. Fifth Edition. 365 pages, plus 16 of 18 plates. Lacking plates XI and XII, though with no indication of either having been removed or ever bound in. Plates I, II, and XIV-XVIII hand colored. Full leather covers are rubbed, and a bit dried over the spine. Black leather spine label is chipped and gilt lettering is mostly rubbed off. Light to moderate foxing throughout, mostly being moderate. Lettering and images remain clear and volume remains tight. N° de réf. du libraire 034454

Contemporary sheep, some rubbing, front joint cracking but not broken. Faint browning, waterstain on lower outside corner of textblock. Good, sound copy. Collated and complete.
