Online booksellers since 2012, Whitworth and I - Books offers an eclectic range of titles but with a particular emphasis on modern first editions, design and photography, science and nature, landscape design and gardening, illustrated books, and women authors. We strive to include all condition issues in the book description. Please consider the age and prior use of the book before purchasing, and if you have any questions or need more information, contact us before ordering. When choosing books to sell, we look for First Editions, signed copies and unusual or interesting titles in Very Good to Fine condition -- books we would be happy to have in our own library.

All California orders are subject to 8.00% sales tax. We guarantee the condition of every book as it's described on the AbeBooks web sites. Orders ship within 2 business day of receipt of payment. All books ship in boxes, packed securely to avoid damage in transit. (Some small softcovers and pamphlet type items may ship in padded mailers.) Shipping costs are based on an average weight of 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. Regular shipping is by USPS Media mail, with expedited Priority Mail service available. International shipping is by First Class mail when weight is 4 LB, or less. International packages over 4 LB ship Priority mail. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. NOTE on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping rates have been set to cover U.S. postage rates, plus commissions charged to the bookseller on postage, to most addresses. Actual cost to your address may be lower. If interested, contact Whitworth and i -- Books for a revised shipping quote before ordering.
