This is a copy of the rare, slip cased special edition of Clark's classic 1969 work. It is a first edition and the book itself is fine to as new in condition. It has a rice jacket covering over the book in the slip case, which is very unusual, although there is damage to one part of front of the rice sheet. The slip case is in near fine to fine condition with bright gold, gilt lettering on the front of the slipcase itself. Very rare indeed to find all aspects of this edition in such superb condition.
