About the Author
Mr. Deimling began his insurance spending twenty three years associated with a family owned independent insurance agency, Globe Insurance Agency, Inc. In 1989 he founded Globe Business Services, Inc a risk, insurance and management firm. This firm became the predecessor to Gregory G. Deimling and Associates. Mr. Deimling received his CPCU Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1976 and has a history of twenty years volunteer involvement at the national level. Mr. Deimling is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an insurance major. He received his Masters of Business Administration, majoring in Finance from Xavier University in 1980. Additional professional affiliations include the national and Ohio Association of IIAA, the Risk Education Society, Cincinnati Insurance Board, and ACORD. Kathleen is a senior consultant in Malecki Deimling Nielander and Associates, LLC. Ms. Robison is a Property and Casualty Insurance Professional with documented senior management experience in the United States and Canada. Kathleen has been active in the insurance industry for over 35 years. She began her career in 1971 as a claims loss taker. Her career steadily progressed taking her through all levels of claims adjusting and management. Kathleen served as Vice-President, Claims and Operations at DaimlerChrysler Insurance Company from 1994 to 2004. Prior, she held the position of Vice-President of Claims for Bankers & Shippers a subsidiary of Travelers specializing in non-standard auto and property and Vice-President of Claims for Tri-State Insurance Co a member of the W.R. Berkley Group concentrating on grain elevators and schools in the mid-west. Ms. Robison has served on numerous national insurance boards and committees . Currently she is on the CPCU Society Regulatory & Legislative Interest Group Committee after serving on the Board of Governors, the Budget and Finance Committee and chairing the Claims Section Committee. She has written articles for the Claims Quarterly and the Claims Magazine where she is a member of the editorial board. She has spoken and provided training courses throughout the United States on various claims topics and coverage issues. Kathleen earned her B.A. from Western College and studied at the graduate level at the University of Illinois and Miami University.
