Dr Leen Ritmeyer served as site architect on this and other major digs in Jerusalem and throughout Israel. His archaeological reconstruction drawings have appeared in numerous books and journals, both popular and academic. He holds a doctorate from the University of Manchester, England, the subject of his dissertation being: 'The Architectural Development of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem'.
