Large, very heavy book, brown cloth with ornate design embossed at front and back's four corners, bright gilt facsimile signature on front, gilt fine on spine, 670 pages, few illustrations. 1" tear on long edge of second front end paper, tear along inner back hinge, back cover just a little loose, very slight surface wear to tips, light wear to spine edges, very tiny tears near bottom of spine long right edge. Near Very Good.
