1st. Edn. Small 12mo. (14cm. tall x 10cm.). 169pp. plus 4pp. Diary for booking weights of fish - this is blank. plus 12pp. adverts. Adverts to endpapers. Wood engraved in text illustrations. The printed font board repeats the title page. Advert for Fry's Cocoa to back board. In the original blue-green cloth. The front board is completely faded, allowing the lettering to stand out clearly. The back board is slightly faded. There is light browning of the text margins. One leaf lacks the lower corner but no loss of text. In all a near very good sound copy. The title continues with:- Thames Angling described; and Hints given as to the Fishing on the Broads and Rivers of Norfolk and Suffolk; with useful Information as to Sea Fishing. The item comprises Vol. 39 of Saxon's "Everybody's Series.".
