Hardcover. Etat : Very Good. Etat de la jaquette : Good+. Illustrated by Bob Verlin (photography) (illustrateur). 10 x 14", 72, 12 ring binder (all intact) NAP. Covers the events at the Indianapolis 500. Filled with B&W photos. The boards & spine are fairly clean and bright, with a bit of minor darkening/light soil along the upper edge. The spine extremities and lower corners are rubbed a bit. The pastedowns have some foxing, and there is some darkening around the perimeter of the last page. The front pastedown has some soil, particularly along the lower edge and adjacent to the metal binder rings. The biggest flaw is that someone at one time left a paper clip attached to the top of the first page; this has left a paper clip shaped rust mark on the front pastedown, on page 2, and on page 3. Else the pages are clean & bright. The acetate DJ is present. There is some light soil and rubbing. Th e DJ has tears to the corner, with a 3/8" chip to the lower front corner, and 1 x 1-1/2" loss at the head of the spine ( with a 2" closed tear extending from this loss). There are a few flaws, but still a decent copy of a relatively uncommon, and quite i nteresting title.; tsh5b001.
