Soft cover. Etat : Good. Illustrated staple-bound wraps 16 + 1pp with many line drawings. Wraps good, stained to the front. Binding secure. Staples rusted. Pages very good, spotted. Thomas Cook booklet promoting Nazi Germany, undated but published during 1934-7, when Goebbels' Reich Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda was paying Cook to advertise trips, and this accordingly features an Addendum describing "Cook's Grand Tour of Germany". Bartlett (1894-1983) was a politician and journalist who established the socialist Common Wealth Party with JB Priestley in 1942 before joining Labour in 1950.
