Hardcover. Etat : Very Good. W.H. Bartlett, Harding, Creswick, Cooke and Balmer (illustrateur). Two volumes. Illustrated with 126 magnificent engraved full-page plates by W.H. Bartlett and also by Messrs. Harding, Creswick, Cooke, and Balmer. Descriptions by Beattie. Quarto nineteenth-century half black calf over marbled boards. The front board to volume two is detached, and there is a tear across the upper spine to volume one as well as wear to the spine tips and outer joints. Very light occasional internal foxing, but in general, a much cleaner copy than is usually encountered. An attractive set with the plates fresh and sharp.
