Approximately 130 color plates -- although the original subjects of perhaps half were black and white, those show the color of the paper. (illustrateur). Good to VG/fair: Solid; bottom corner is bumped, with wrinkle in pages 1/2" from corner; light foxing in cloth along top and bottom edges, else clean & unmarked; jacket shows foxing, 2" closed tears at top and bottom of spine, in new mylar protector. Hardcover in jacket, 24.6x33.7 cm (13.3"), 156 pp. Captions are in Bulgarian, but a 12-page English section at the rear reproduces all the text including foreword, notes and captions. This 160 p. edition is not listed on WorldCat, only a 32 page edition, and that is also scarce. Large heavy book; for international shipping additional postage will be required.
