America offers a 'great gesture' to save the day, with the founding of a United States of Europe in 1941, providing the backdrop for this exciting romance.By Hamish Blair, the pseudonym of Andrew James Fraser Blair, a Scottish author who also wrote '1957' and 'Governor Hardy'.
