A fine treatment of the master plan and execution of the campus by Henry Ives Cobb, one of the finest examples of American the collegiate Gothic. Appendices focus on the landscaping plan designed by Olmsted Brothers, and those by Bennett Parsons & Frost, and Beatrix Farrand.
