Hardcover. Etat : Good. No Jacket. No date given (early 20's). 92pp + adverts. Illus photos & fold out pedigrees. Boards are rubbed & head & tail of spine bumped. Spine sunned. 2 previous owners names on ffep. (1 dated 19/4/25). Occasional fxg. A few pages have been badly trimmed resulting in a small loss to the margins. One of the fold outs has a closed tear & there have been pencil additions to some of the pedigrees. Certainly a decent reading/working copy to one of the best books on the subject.

A good copy of the second edition inscribed to the free endpaper with two added illustrations. Crown 8vo 160pps [Errata to p115] with numerous halftone illustrations charts and folding pedigrees.
