Mai 1735) wurde in Quedlinburg geboren: is vitam hanc ingressus est Quedlinburg, sein Vater war am dortigen Gymnasium Deutschlehrer. Seine Rechtsstudien begann er 1712 an der Universität Jena. Nach drei Jahren wechselte er an die Universität Leipzig, wo er vor allem Luder Mencken und Friedrich Philippi hörte. Seine römisch-deutsche Rechtsgeschichte edierte Brunquell erstmals in Jena 1728, die Ausgabe wurde 1730 in Amsterdam nachgedruckt. Es folgte eine weitere Ausgabe 1738. Sprache: lateinisch Schöner zeitgenössischer Pergamentband. Im Index und im Vorsatzpapier Wurmlöcher. Sonst gut erhalten.
