Gift inscription on front pastedown is dated 1923. Tight binding, clean pages. Browning to endpapers and slight dulling to titles and decorations on binding, otherwise a gently read book in excellent condition. Not ex-library. ; 8vo; 393 pages.

DJ has white background with color illustration on front, light brown stain down spine left, back very slightly soiled, several tiny tear sand near-chips along spine top edge, two microtears and micronick at spine bottom edge, two nicks and 1/4" tear at top back edge. Fair DJ/Very Good book.

Top edge gilt, fore-edge rough cut. 8vo. Some mild foxing to fore-edge and front matter. Light rubbing and bumping to edges. Contents sound and binding tight. Very good.
