Etat : Fair. Hardcover with dust jacket showing moderate damage. Jacket is included within book but not on book. White cloth cover showing discolorations, wear to corners, with loose spine and small tear to upper pastedown. Burgundy lettering to front cover and spine. Pages intact and very readable, clean with many illustrations. This book although stained is very readable and a valuable reference to historians as to the early history of the Western Reserve, CLE Margaret Manor Butler, well-known author, scholar and official historian of the early Settlers Association wrote and produced such a narrative. Preparation of text and selection of pictures by Mrs. Butler occupied almost 2 years, crowded with hours of research, study and correspondentce, and trips through the area. She has chosen only the finest pictures and to accompany each has written a concise hsitorical account. Signed by Author.
