Light thumb-marking present. Black stained mark and faint pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Scuffing and light marking overall. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Mild tanning to spine and edges.

Dust jacket has multiple large areas of loss. Pages are mostly clear, with light tanning and foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout, with a few small nicks along text block edge. Plates are bright and clear, with slight tanning to edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with slight bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a notable forward lean. Unclipped jacket has heavy surface wear, with some large areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing to edges. Lightly tanned overall, with sunning to spine.
