Bound in green cloth, There is shelf wear & rubbing on the cloth, with scuffing & moderate indentation along the outer edges, bumped corner, darkening of the cloth on the spine with a spot where the cloth has thinned, a modest cock to the spine, light foxing on the text block, yellowed pages, & slightly impacted binding; the book is attractive & in good condition.

Herman Landon (1892-1960) was an American mystery writer active in the 1920s and whose stories were also published in Detective Story Magazine. Gray Magic was the sixth title in the Gray Phantom series and was originally published in 1925 by G. Howard Watt.
