Soft cover. Etat : Near Fine. 1st Edition. Ballantine #71 first edition paperback. This collectible copy is unread, in near fine condition, marred only by a very shallow crease in the front hinge, and traces of edge wear on the covers. Its binding is tight and square, with no crease in the spine or back hinge. Covers are bright and unmarked. Pages are unmarked and unworn, with no apparent fading to the publisher's yellow stain around edges of the text block. As with all Space Age Book purchases, I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its proud new owner in the same condition as my description.

Soft cover. Etat : Very Good. 1st Edition. In "Hero's Walk" by Robert Crane, it s some time in the future and the entire world has been warned of an impending alien attack from outer space. The leaders of the world, smug in their supposed power, ignore the warnings. The warnings are true, and Earth suffers catastrophic damage when the attack from space takes place. The story takes the reader along with the protagonist as he struggles in the aftermath through a destroyed landscape devoid of comfort and teeming with danger, seeking for the woman he loves.
