One of 200 copies printed for the Catholic Women's Club of Santa Clara County (California) as a souvenir of Campus Day May 25, 1933 at the University of Santa Clara where Watson delivered a talk on the life of Sutter, this piece first appeared as an introduction to The Diary of Johann August Sutter which the Grabhorn Press published a year earlier, this is NOT one of those ridiculous print-on-demand abominations. Very good.
