Tight hardcover in good condition. 8vo. 195pp. Light green woven boards & backstrip with dark green illustration of a puzzle involving scissors and string & dark green lettering on the front board. There is an illustration of 2 keys on a keyring and lettering on the backstrip. Black & white plate portrait of the author at the frontispiece that is printed on coated stock. There are black & white illustrations throughout text. The tops of the pages are dyed dark brown. Book is clean & very tight. The boards are lightly discolored around the edges with edgewear and bumped corners. The front board's dark green illustration & llettering are very bright. The backstrip is lightly faded with edgewear on the top & bottom. The backstrip's dark green illustration & llettering are very bright. The endpapers are discolored from glue show-through.
