One of an unspecified number of copies 'for sale by Fitzroy Carrington, 707 Fifth Avenue, New York' (title page); leaves printed recto only, stapled twice at spine edge. Scarce; not located in Freitag. Exterior as noted; slight uniform internal browning.5 b/w Illustrations / Plates.
