No copyright date; research indicates a date of 1925. Presumed First Edition of the Child's Edition. NOT Ex-Library. No ISBN - there were none in those years. Good condition in red-brown/silver gilt-lettered hard boards with a color pastedown covering most of the front board, 7 1/2" x 5" x 160 clean pages of splendid children's literature based on Jonathan Swift's brilliant political satire. There is no dust jacket - we believe there never was one - common for that era. Tight and firm, thick supple paper, well illustrated with period illustrations. No looseness. No mustiness, No smoke smell. A name handstamped, front endpage, a date, ffep. No other markings, No bookplates, NOT Ex-Library, NOT Remainder-marked. A marvelous and historic find.
