Collated, complete.Loosely inserted is a typewritten letter addressed to 'Mr. and Mrs. Mackenzie', explaining 'here are the excerpts from The Windmills of Surrey and Outer London'. The letter is neither dated or signed. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with price unclipped dust wrapper. Bump to spine tail, with light fading to tail of front board.
