Hardcover. Etat : Fine. 1st Edition. This is the 1929 printing of "an address Delivered Before St. Paul Lodge No. 2, March 16, 1886". The cover title and half title page read "History of Saint Paul Lodge No. 2, I.O.O.F". The Independent Order of Odd Fellows was a fraternal organization originally intended to provide benefits to "odd" occupations which were not large enough to provide an organizational structure on their own. This history is surprisingly rare and in perfect condition. Much on the early history of both the Lodge and the City of St. Paul, Minnesota. Williams was an early historian of the City of St. Paul.
