The ability to identify birds in the field is a skill that almost any child can acquire; in fact at the end of the first season's watching the young observer should be quite expert. At the beginning it is essential to have a book which describes the more important birds, and it was with this in mind that this book was prepared. The book also has some wonderful full-colour plates. You will receive the book seen in the image. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
